Do I need to visit Japan to get started?

No. We can handle everything remotely. We'll arrange key pick-up with your local contact if needed. After that, all communication, reports, and contracts are handled via email or LINE.

How does the payment handling work?

You provide an advance deposit. We pay bills from this deposit and provide you with receipts and monthly accounting. Advance deposits and service fees are managed separately and transparently. Any remaining balance is reported monthly.

What areas in Osaka do you cover?

We cover all wards within Osaka City, plus Yao, Higashiosaka, Matsubara, Habikino, and Fujiidera. For properties outside these areas, please contact us and we'll advise on availability.
